Fed: Sabotage unlikely cause of boat explosion: Refugee advocate

Refugee advocates say sabotage is unlikely to be the cause of the horrific explosion
on board a boat filled with asylum seekers.

Nearly a dozen asylum seekers are on life support after their boat exploded in Australian
waters off the country's northwestern coast on Thursday.

Three died in the explosion and two remain missing.

LIZ BIOK from the Refugee Council of Australia says it's unlikely they destroyed their
boat to stop being returned to where they came from.

She also says it seems the boat was being refueled at the time of explosion and there
may have been a chemical reaction behind the blast.
