5 INDICTED IN PARK SLAYING.(CAPITAL REGION)

Four teenagers and a 27-year-old man were indicted Thursday in the May 28 killing of 18-year-old Francisco Rosa in Central Park.

Second-degree murder charges, the most serious in the indictment, were lodged against Antonio Fernando Powell, 27, of Paige Street, Angel Wilson, 19, of 1221 State St., and Maijia Scott, 18, of 339 Duane Ave., allegedly for planning the crime.

Sparkle Shaw, 15, of 156 Steinmetz Homes, and Rhea F. Williams, 18, of 83 Division St., were charged with manslaughter for allegedly helping lure the victim to the park. He was stabbed and beaten before his body was dragged 50 yards to a weed-choked …
